AGS' Natalia Mankova honored at Las Vegas' ‘40 Under 40′ event

Natalia Mankova, Director of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting at AGS was honored among 39 other local leaders at the Vegas Inc '40 Under 40' award ceremony on Thursday, March 28. The class of honorees represents the future of Las Vegas and spans all industries including arts and entertainment, hospitality and nightlife, gaming, philanthropy, health care, law, and more. This is consistently one of Vegas Inc’s most anticipated and celebrated award programs.

Mankova was honored for her leadership on a large collaborative project to comply with all sections of SOX 404, including an audit of AGS’s process by PwC and Internal Audit. In addition, she was recognized for her community outreach and participation in the Club Christ Mentorship Program where she helps develop and mentor young Southern Nevada students by encouraging them to achieve their goals. Using her humble upbringing and work ethic to demonstrate that anything is possible, Mankova has successfully seen students graduate and get into the field of their dreams with her encouragement.

Mankova believes in herself and in others. “I think that any goal worth achieving will be harder than you think, and my career thus far has been fulfilling in many ways,” said Mankova. “I still have so much I want to accomplish and I think my experiences immigrating and making a career for myself can help those I wish to mentor, most notably my kids, to do the same and accomplish any goal they have for themselves.”
